test: lift workspace coverage to ~99% lines / ~90% branches

Adds 29 tests across the three libs to close the gaps that were dragging
the Coveralls badge down to 88%:

- ngx-phone-form-field/country-picker: keyboard nav (ArrowDown/Enter/Space
  on trigger, Home/End on search), mouseenter, document-level Escape,
  active-index clamping when filter shrinks the list, no-selection
  rendering — was 79.8% stmts.
- ngx-phone-form-field/phone-form-field: partial-E.164 emission for
  digit-only and +-prefixed input, external null write through the value
  effect, country switch with format=false preserving the typed +.
- ngx-phone-form-field/flag: unknown-country fallback path.
- ngx-phone-form-field/locale: navigator.language not-a-string fallback.
- ngx-pass-code: autoblur on full-length paste, focus on full paste
  without autoblur, sanitised-empty paste, type=number keydown clearing
  via FocusNextPrevious directive.
- ngx-pass-code/autofocus directive: dedicated spec covering the
  no-input-found early return.
- ngx-numeric-range-form-field/numericRangeBounds: cross-bound branches
  (maximum below floor, minimum above ceiling) — now 100%.

Workspace coverage moves from 92.36/79.28/97/92.23 to 98.78/89.76/100/98.91
(stmts/branches/funcs/lines).
