docs: refresh root README with ngx-phone-form-field + visual lib table

- Add ngx-phone-form-field everywhere (intro, lib table, workspace tree,
  daily commands, release flow, publish-workflow link).
- Replace the prose lib list with a 3-row table — screenshot thumb, npm
  version + weekly-downloads badges, and a "try it" demo link per lib.
- Promote the "Signal Forms, no Material/CDK/ControlValueAccessor" pitch
  into the headline tagline.
- Collapse long command lists (lint/test/build/dry-run/graph) into
  <details> blocks for scannability.
