tune: soften fan curve low end to match AxeOS at 60C (#157)

at 60C our curve outputs 46% duty; AxeOS sits at 40% on identical hw.
shift the 30%-floor up to 50C and split the mid range into 50-60 slope
1.0 and 60-75 slope 2.0 so 60C = 40% exactly. high end (75+) stays
aggressive (slope 3.0) so thermal headroom is unchanged.

interim tune until TA-141 (setpoint control) lands.
