fix: read BM1370 cmd-response value as big-endian (#154)

BM1370 returns register values in network byte order; ESP-Miner applies
ntohl on the wire bytes (components/asic/bm1370.c:352). TM assembled them
as little-endian, producing counter values ~2^24 off and nonsense
hashrate (billions of GH/s on the 650, ~11% bogus hw_err).

flip the byte assembly. verified on bitaxe-650.
