feat: read BM1370 REG_TOTAL_COUNT + REG_ERROR_COUNT for real HW telemetry (#153)

exposes asic_total_ghs and asic_hw_error_pct on /api/stats, matching
AxeOS's silicon-level HW error metric. per-chip measurement array
dimensioned by BOARD_ASIC_COUNT (1 on 601/403, 2 on 650).

poll cadence 5s. counter delta * 2^32 / seconds = hashrate, per
ESP-Miner's hashCounterToGhs.
