chore: remove stray ipswich_areas.html committed by mistake

dd846540 was intended to add login-failure detection to the Playwright
loginViaModTools helper. It used `git add -A`, which also picked up an
untracked ipswich_areas.html sitting in the worktree (a local prototype
for a separate plans/active/ipswich-areas-clustering.md document). That
file has no place on this Sentry-fix PR; drop it.
