fix(alert_events_v2): URL-encode token via add_params_to_url (#151)

The token was embedded directly via string interpolation, bypassing the
standard param-encoding pipeline. Special characters in the token would
produce a malformed URL. Use add_params_to_url/2 to encode it properly.

Also fix the @spec: AlertEventsV2.body() -> body() (the type is defined
in the same module).
