feat(bb_board): add discrete heap/chip/flash/mac accessors (#66)

- bb_board_get_{free,total}_heap, flash_size, app_size, cores
- bb_board_get_{chip_model,mac,idf_version,reset_reason}
- complements the existing bb_board_get_info() snapshot so consumers
  can query individual values without populating the full struct

no host backend exists for bb_board today; espidf is the only
implementation and the smoke build verifies compilation.

Closes B1-44.
