feat(bb_hw): support consumer-supplied board headers via BB_HW_BOARD_HEADER (#65)

- honor -DBB_HW_BOARD_HEADER="boards/<name>.h" when set; include it directly
- fall back to bundled boards/*.h when consumer-supplied header absent
- document the consumer pattern in CLAUDE.md

unblocks firmware projects that keep their board pinouts in-tree
(e.g. TaipanMiner) without forcing them into breadboard's own boards/
directory.

Closes B1-60.
