feat(bb_json): expose item-level and array accessors on parse path (#64)

- bb_json_obj_get_item / bb_json_arr_get_item / bb_json_arr_size
- bb_json_item_is_{string,number,true,null,array,object}
- bb_json_item_get_{string,double,int}
- bb_json_item_serialize for subtree re-emission

unblocks consumers parsing heterogeneous or positional json (e.g.
stratum mining.notify) that the key-only obj_get_* api cannot express.

Closes B1-61.
