feat(logging): formalize Event Logging System in library

Extract EventLogger, EventReplayAgent, and serialize/deserialize
functions from demo_session.py into src/yoker/logging/ module.

Changes:
- Create yoker.logging module with public API
- EventLogger: logs all events to JSONL files
- EventReplayAgent: replays sessions without LLM calls
- serialize_event/deserialize_event: event serialization utilities
- Update demo_session.py to use library classes
- Update tests to import from library
- Fix context_manager variable scope in demo_session.py
