feat(demo): update demo session script with event logging and replay

- Update tool display format: 'Read tool: filename' (cyan color)
- Add EventLogger to capture all events to events.jsonl
- Add EventReplayAgent for identical visual replay
- Add CommandEvent type for command logging
- Commands (/help, /think) now logged and replayed
- 131 tests passing (71 new tests in test_demo_session.py)

🤖 Implemented together with a coding agent.
