chore: collapse EXTRA_COMPONENT_DIRS and drop redundant REQUIRES (#125)

Breadboard's README-documented integration pattern is to point
EXTRA_COMPONENT_DIRS at the components/ parent directory; ESP-IDF
discovers the rest. Replaces the 11-line per-component list with a
single path.

Also drops esp_http_server, esp_app_format, esp_wifi, and esp_system
from taipan_web/CMakeLists.txt REQUIRES — all are transitively
provided by bb_http / bb_wifi / bb_info / bb_board, so listing them
explicitly is redundant.
