chore: adopt breadboard common HTTP endpoints (#124)

Delegates /api/version, /api/reboot, /api/scan, /api/info, /api/logs
(SSE + status) to breadboard v0.5.0's bb_http_register_common_routes,
bb_info_register_routes, and bb_log_stream_register_routes. Adds new
/api/wifi and /api/board endpoints via bb_wifi_register_routes and
bb_board_register_routes.

TaipanMiner-specific /api/info fields (worker_name, wdt_resets,
boot_time, stratum state, mdns state) migrate to a bb_info extender
callback. Frontend-visible keys (`ssid` at root, `validated`) preserved
for backward compat without client-side changes.

Removes 268 LOC of duplicated handlers and SSE log streaming code;
consolidation now handled by breadboard's log_stream component.
