chore: bump breadboard to v0.5.0 (rename) (#123)

Breadboard v0.5.0 renamed 8 component directories and headers to the
bb_ prefix. This consumer bump updates TaipanMiner's includes,
REQUIRES, EXTRA_COMPONENT_DIRS, and platformio.ini -I paths to match,
and bumps the fetch VERSION to v0.5.0.

Also removes the local components/nv_config/ shim — it only forwarded
to breadboard paths that no longer exist under v0.5.0; TM now consumes
bb_nv directly.

Added local bb_hw stub component to satisfy bb_wifi's dependency while
delegating to TaipanMiner's own board abstraction layer.

Deferred to follow-on cycles:
- bb_ota_register_validator_route strategy adoption
- v0.4.0 API endpoint consolidation (bb_info, /api/wifi, /api/board,
  bb_log SSE routes)
