refactor(wifi_prov): opaque wait/signal API in place of public EventGroup (#17)

Drop extern EventGroupHandle_t g_prov_event_group and PROV_DONE_BIT from
wifi_prov.h; add bb_wifi_prov_wait_done(timeout_ms) / bb_wifi_prov_signal_done()
so consumers no longer need FreeRTOS primitives to participate in the
provisioning-done handshake. The event group is now file-scope in wifi_prov.c.
http_server's /save handler signals via the new API.
