refactor(nv_config): replace host-side ESP_* defines with BB_* constants (#15)

Stop unconditionally #defining ESP_OK / ESP_ERR_* on the host branch
of nv_config.h — those names leaked into every consumer that included
the header on host. Introduce BB_OK / BB_ERR_INVALID_ARG / BB_ERR_NOT_FOUND /
BB_ERR_NOT_INITIALIZED that map to the matching esp_err_t values on
ESP-IDF and to stable integers on host.
