refactor(platform): populate platform/espidf/ seam (#14)

Move ESP-IDF-specific .c sources out of components/<name>/src/ into
platform/espidf/<name>/. Rewire each component's CMakeLists.txt to
reference the new location. No API changes — public headers and
platform-agnostic sources (http_utils.c) are untouched.

Update platformio.ini test build filter to reference moved sources.
