chore(lsp): strip Xtensa-only flags in .clangd.example to silence clangd noise (#112)

clangd doesn't recognize -mlongcalls, -fstrict-volatile-bitfields,
-fno-tree-switch-conversion, and similar Xtensa/GCC-only flags, emitting
the same three errors on every file at line 1:1. Add a CompileFlags.Remove
block to .clangd.example so freshly-copied .clangd files are quiet out of
the box. Also update CLAUDE.md LSP setup notes. Closes TA-72.
