v1.8.7: Split Illing 2018 pooled C1R transfectants + add mono_allelic_host (#59) (#65)

PMID 30410026 ms_samples pooled three HLA-B transfectants into a single
sample, and the entry was missing ``mono_allelic_host: C1R``. As a
result, ~33 IEDB rows without the C1R cell_name annotation did not get
flagged mono-allelic even though they belong to the same mono-allelic
C1R system.

- Split pooled entry into three per-transfectant entries:
  ``C1R-HLA-B*57:01`` (3,218), ``C1R-HLA-B*57:03`` (3,852),
``C1R-HLA-B*58:01`` (3,095). Each peptide now joins to its single
transfectant sample rather than a 3-allele pooled row.
- Added ``mono_allelic_host: C1R`` so rows lacking the cell_name label
in IEDB still get flagged via the PMID-level override when the allele
  is resolved.
- Tests cover: 3 per-transfectant entries in ms_samples, and that a row
  with empty cell_name + resolved HLA-B*57:01 is flagged mono-allelic
  with host C1R.

Closes #59.
