v1.8.6: Fix Alpizar 2017 B*40 allele + split pooled C1R transfectants (#58) (#64)

The PMID 27920218 ms_samples entry pooled 4 HLA-B transfectants into a
single sample and labeled the B*40 transfectant as B*40:01 — but all
6,676 IEDB rows carry B*40:02. That typo made 82% of this PMID's rows
fail allele-level sample matching. B*27:05 and B*07:02 from the paper
methods have no IEDB rows for this PMID, and the stated 721.221 host
has no rows either (all IEDB rows are C1R).

- Split pooled entry into two per-transfectant entries matching IEDB
  data: C1R-HLA-B*40:02 (6,676 peptides) and C1R-HLA-B*39:01 (953)
- Drop B*27:05 / B*07:02 / 721.221 from the sample panel — not in IEDB
- Document in `note:` why those alleles are absent and why the prior
  B*40:01 label was wrong
- Test asserts: 2 per-transfectant entries for this PMID, carrying
  B*40:02 (not B*40:01), B*39:01, and the expected sample_labels
