ci: flutter test --verbose for iOS to expose driver-attach stalls

The 30-min timeouts on test-ios show no setUpAll prints at all
between Xcode build done and cancellation — setUpAll never runs,
meaning \`flutter test\` cannot attach to the app's Dart VM service
and retries silently until the job timeout. Add --verbose so the
retries are logged; next hang will show whether the driver is
stuck on "Connecting to VM Service" or somewhere else.
