integration_test: Dart-side print bracketing to surface the iOS hang

The Go-side log.Printf I added in dc2b522 doesn't reach Flutter's
test output on iOS (same root cause as 818f967's wltlog fix — Go
stderr is discarded). Move the instrumentation to the Dart side
where print() lands in the CI log.

Also subscribe to client.logs once init returns so runtime
wltlog events make it into the integration test log too.

The first successful run after dc2b522 showed a 4-minute gap
between Xcode build done and the first test line (vs ~35 s
baseline), so variance is already bad even on good runs. Next
hang should pin down exactly which line stalls.
