fix #347 add set_reals() no-op to SolverBase (#350)

Core.forward() calls self.solver.set_reals() unconditionally, but the
method was only defined in HklSolver (libhkl-specific). Any solver not
inheriting from HklSolver raised AttributeError.

Add a concrete no-op set_reals() to SolverBase so that all solvers work
correctly with the presets feature without needing to override the method.
HklSolver's existing override is unchanged.
