* docs(protocol): reconcile validation test count with implementations

Update `protocol-crate-validation.md` header from stale '61 test
cases' to '90 test entries with IDs up to T-P122 across 9 sections'.

Add T-P ID comments to existing `aead_tests` module in validation.rs
so each test is traceable to its spec entry.

Implement 5 previously orphaned T-P entries inside `aead_tests` to
reuse shared `SoftwareAead`/`SoftwareSha256` providers:
- T-P019a: `decode_frame` with >250 raw bytes → `DecodeError::TooLong`
- T-P019b: invalid CBOR payload → `DecodeError::CborError`
- T-P019e: per-message PSK assignment (PEER_REQUEST vs node messages)
- T-P061: Gateway Command full round-trip (encode→encrypt→decrypt→decode)
- T-P065: multiple APP_DATA with incrementing sequence numbers

Protocol crate now has 161 tests (86 in-source + 8 unit + 67 validation).

* fix: T-P060 now decodes NodeMessage, fix T-P066 mapping, update PR description

- T-P060 (`aead_round_trip`): encode a real `NodeMessage::Wake`,
  decrypt, and assert `NodeMessage::decode` matches original
- T-P066: remove stale label from `aead_payload_capacity`; T-P066
  (tag verification) is covered by `aead_tampered_tag` (T-P015)
