doc: require gen:Space type for space detection

Instead of enumerating 14 subtypes (Alliance, Project, etc.), require
space-declaring nanopubs to carry the parent type gen:Space directly.
Subtypes may still be present for domain semantics but are not what
detection checks for. Simpler detection logic and clearer contract for
publishers.
