doc: drop initial admins from SpaceRegistry state

Initial admins are not cached in SpaceRegistry — they live in the root
nanopub's gen:hasAdmin triples inside the space repo itself, queryable
when authority checking is implemented. This keeps the registry API
minimal: just the two maps needed to recognize space refs during
detection. Role properties are also flagged as a later addition.
