fix(wifi): clear stale creds on 3-strike escape hatch (#98)

- add nv_config_clear_wifi() that erases wifi_ssid/wifi_pass NVS keys
  and clears the in-memory cache
- call it in main.c boot_cnt escape-hatch branch before
  nv_config_clear_provisioned()

prevents a subsequent re-provision from silently reusing known-bad
creds through corrupted NVS state.
