fix: use WaitGroup + conn close for clean FFI shutdown

LibwalletDestroy now:
1. Sets shutdown flag
2. Closes the event reader connection (unblocks the goroutine)
3. Waits for all goroutines to finish (wg.Wait)

This ensures no Go goroutine tries to call the Dart callback after
LibwalletDestroy returns, preventing the VM crash on process exit.
