fix: harden network recovery and watchdog detection (#92)

- disable WiFi modem sleep (WIFI_PS_NONE) to reduce packet loss during
  network disruptions
- handle IP_EVENT_STA_LOST_IP to trigger immediate stratum reconnect on
  DHCP lease expiry instead of waiting for TCP keepalive (~90s)
- fix share watchdog blind spot after reconnect by using session start
  tick as fallback when no share has been submitted yet
- fix job watchdog on extranonce2-roll builds by tracking pool
  mining.notify separately from extranonce2 roll dispatches
