chore: add clangd LSP template and coding conventions (#93)

- add .clangd.example template for per-developer clangd config
  covering bitaxe-601, bitaxe-403, and tdongle-s3 variants
- add `make compile-db` target that runs `pio run -t compiledb`
  for each board so clangd has a compile DB on fresh clones
- gitignore .clangd (per-developer), .code-graph/ (tool cache),
  and compile_commands.json (pio compiledb side effect at root)
- document FreeRTOS stack sizes, mining task priority, shared-state
  conventions, debug gating, board dispatch, and editor/LSP setup
  in CLAUDE.md
