feat: add stats, info, settings, and reboot commands (#10)

- device HTTP client for /api/stats, /api/info, /api/settings, /api/reboot
- taipan stats: mining statistics with hashrate, shares, difficulty, uptime
- taipan info: hardware/firmware details (board, version, heap, flash)
- taipan settings get/set: remote device configuration with type coercion
- taipan reboot: device restart with confirmation prompt
