feat: use espflasher fork NVS library and auto-reset (#11)

- replace custom NVS binary generator with espflasher fork's pkg/nvs
- switch from ResetNoReset to ResetAuto for automatic bootloader entry
- write 0xFF otadata instead of 0x00 to avoid corrupted otadata state
- remove manual BOOT button instructions (auto-reset handles it)
- update espflasher fork to latest commit with NVS CRC fix
