feat: add logs command for streaming device logs via SSE (#9)

- stream logs from one or all devices via /api/logs SSE endpoint
- color-coded [worker] prefix for multi-device output
- graceful shutdown on ctrl+c via signal.NotifyContext
- bufio.Scanner-based SSE parsing, no new dependencies
