feat: add mining status display for both boards (#77)

- implement SSD1306 text rendering for bitaxe (128x32 monochrome)
- add splash screen and provisioning screen for bitaxe OLED
- add I2C bus fallback so display works in unprovisioned mode
- add mining status display with hashrate, shares, temp, uptime
- bitaxe: 2-page rotation (hashrate+shares / temp+uptime)
- dongle: smooth pixel-level scroll between splash and stats
- display status task on Core 0, refreshes every 5s
