feat: settings page and display toggle (#79)

- add GET/POST/PATCH /api/settings for pool, wallet, worker, display config
- persist display_en to NVS with on/off toggle (takes effect immediately)
- pool/wallet/worker changes trigger auto-reboot (stratum re-reads on boot)
- settings tab: read-only default view with edit mode
- PATCH sends only changed fields, diff-based reboot detection
- inline field validation on settings and provisioning pages
- bump max_uri_handlers to 20 for new endpoints
