Full D1-D13 drift audit covering Protocol, Gateway, Node, Modem, BLE
Pairing, BPF Interpreter, Bundle, and E2E. Successor to 2026-03-30
audit (32 findings, 27 resolved in PRs #667-#670).

Key findings:
- Gateway T-0103/T-0104 tests missing `firmware_version` assertions (#691)
- BPF spec stale: Context write behavior and `RegionTag::Memory` (#692)
- Modem BLE pairing state machine lacks unit tests (#693)
- BLE pairing error variants lack device context (#694)

- Modem timing/queue/fragment/USB test and doc gaps (#696)
- BLE pairing spec cleanup and test gaps (#697)
- Node WAKE retry language and map data logging (#698)

- Hardware CI workflow residual (#700)
