* fix(e2e): preload agnhost image into KIND nodes before running tests

The agnhost image was only preloaded for iptables-eip-qos-conformance-e2e,
causing flaky timeouts in other E2E suites when the image needed to be
pulled from the registry on uncached nodes (observed 1m54s pull time).

Add kind_load_image for agnhost to all E2E targets that use it, including
both kube-ovn and kube-ovn1 clusters for the OVN-IC suite.

* refactor(e2e): extract image constants to avoid version drift

Define PAUSE_IMAGE and AGNHOST_IMAGE variables at the top of e2e.mk
and reference them in all kind_load_image calls. This centralizes
the image versions for easier maintenance and future bumps.
