feat: mining mode SPA with themed dashboard and bug fixes (#62)

- replace bare HTML status page with SPA (Info, Status, Settings, Update tabs)
- extract JS to external mining.js, share theme.css with provisioning UI
- extract prov_save inline HTML to prov_save.html
- fix hash_to_difficulty endianness (was reading big-endian, hash is little-endian)
- fix OTA check stack overflow: bump to 32KB, suspend mining during TLS
- add OTA check failure reporting (s_check_failed flag)
- change best_diff from uint32_t log2 to raw double for sub-diff-1 accuracy
- add pool_difficulty, wallet, ssid, heap, flash info to API endpoints
- add embed pipeline for mining.js
- update CLAUDE.md with web UI architecture docs
