fix: harden mining against share flooding from corrupted targets (#63)

layer 1: target validation
- clamp NaN/Inf/negative/tiny difficulty to floor of 0.001 in difficulty_to_target
- add is_target_valid() rejecting all-zero, all-0xFF, and non-zero MSB targets
- build_work() validates target before dispatching to work_queue

layer 2: share difficulty sanity check
- verify hash_to_difficulty >= 50% of pool difficulty before submitting shares
- applied to both SW mining (mining.c) and ASIC mining (asic_task.c)
- bogus shares logged and skipped instead of queued
