fix: http responsiveness and handler correctness (#54)

- async OTA check: background task + cached result, handler returns 202 immediately
- async WiFi scan: background worker + cache, scan_handler non-blocking
- M3: resume mining tasks on esp_ota_set_boot_partition failure
- M4: cap snprintf return to buffer size in status_handler
- M5: reject oversized prov_save body instead of silent truncation
- M6: check nv_config_set_config return value
- C3: add 30-retry timeout limit on OTA upload socket timeouts
