fix: harden stratum client and wifi event handler registration (#55)

- M7: null-check valuestring in handle_notify to prevent crash on malformed pool JSON
- M8: send loop in stratum_send to handle partial writes
- M9: match line buffer to s_linebuf size (2048) to prevent silent truncation
- M10: increase auth_params buffer and detect truncation
- M11: guard event handler registration with instance handles, unregister on timeout
