feat: add partition table fixup for foreign firmware recovery (#48)

- detect foreign partition tables at first boot (e.g. BLACKBOX factory layout)
- copy firmware to ota_0 offset if running from unexpected address
- rewrite partition table and otadata, then reboot
- add embed_partitions.py pre-build script to embed expected table
- enable CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_DANGEROUS_WRITE_ALLOWED for partition writes
