fix: resolve HTTP server socket exhaustion and Chrome connectivity (#46)

- add Connection: close header to all responses to prevent keep-alive socket exhaustion
- add CORS and Private Network Access headers for Chrome compatibility
- add OPTIONS preflight handler for Chrome's Private Network Access checks
- add favicon handler returning 204 to avoid wasting connection slots
- enable LRU purge and bump max_open_sockets from 6 to 7
- increase TCP send/receive buffers from 2920 to 5840 bytes
- increase LWIP max sockets from 10 to 13
- remove duplicate handler registrations in http_server_switch_to_mining
