feat: add boot splash, provisioning screen, and LED indicator (#49)

- add ST7735 vendor init commands for correct color rendering
- implement boot splash with snake logo and TaipanMiner text
- show WiFi AP SSID and password on display during provisioning
- light solid blue APA102 LED during provisioning mode
- add 8x16 bitmap font and SVG-to-RGB565 conversion script
- expose I2C bus getter from ASIC component for display sharing
