feat: wire pool password, firmware identity, and OTA board guard (#38)

- persist pool_pass in nv_config (NVS load/save/getter), wire through
  provisioning form handler and stratum authorize
- board-specific project name via PIOENV in CMakeLists.txt for OTA
  validation (e.g. taipanminer-esp32s3, taipanminer-bitaxe601)
- add BOARD_NAME string define to each board header
- add /api/info endpoint with board, version, IDF, chip, and MAC
- OTA upload handler rejects firmware with mismatched project_name
- enhanced boot log with project name, version, build date, IDF version
