feat: add mDNS service advertisement and worker_name to /api/info (#39)

- advertise _taipanminer._tcp with board, version, mac TXT records
- hostname: taipanminer-<sanitized-worker>.local (fallback to MAC)
- add worker_name field to /api/info endpoint
- disable SW mining on tdongle-s3 to prevent Core 0 task starvation
