project: bundle yaspin for pyinstaller and fix regen template fences

Add yaspin to PyInstaller collect-data in .wiswa.jsonnet and the workflow so
frozen binaries include package data such as spinners.json.

Rewrite the regen agent Jinja shell snippets so `{% endif %}` is not inline
before markdown closing fences when trim_blocks is enabled. Note fixes under
[Unreleased]. Refresh uv.lock.
