wiswa-jsonnet: remove copilot intro defaults and agents overview

Drop the `copilot` Jsonnet object from shipped defaults and the optional
AGENTS.md Overview block that read `copilot.intro`. Regen prerequisites
no longer require a `copilot` key. Tidy defaults.libsonnet doc comments,
regen fenced code, and normalise ASCII apostrophes in AGENTS templates.
Note the behaviour change under [Unreleased].
