Fix human_only filter: check Host (APC organism), not epitope source

human_only now filters on the Host field (the antigen-presenting cell
organism), not Epitope Source Organism. This correctly retains viral
peptides (HPV, EBV, HCV, etc.) presented on human MHC molecules.

Previously, human_only=True would exclude all viral peptides because
their source organism is the virus, not Homo sapiens. The relevant
question is whether the APC is human, not whether the antigen is.
